EQUALead 2023-2026
Female Leadership, diversity and strategic equality for the media and cultural sector.
Over three years, leaders and professionals from the cultural and media sectors have worked together on how equality, qualification, and organisational power can be brought into a sustainable relationship.
IN TANDEM TOWARDS A (MORE) DIVERS WORK CULTURE
With EQUALead, a space has been created that not only enables qualification but also actively intervenes in existing structures of work, leadership, and participation. Over three cycles, it became clear that equality is not a marginal issue but a central prerequisite for future-proof organisations and a resilient working world.
The present transfer publication consolidates the perspectives of the experts who accompanied this process and makes the experiences, areas of tension, and learning movements from the programme accessible.
Leadership
Women* (f/d) had the opportunity to further develop their leadership skills and strengthen their leadership personality. The focus was on leadership, communication, and team management — for aspiring as well as already active leaders.
