In a changing digital media landscape, it is vital for companies to adapt to the marketplace quickly and to embrace new business models and opportunities arising through digitalization. The audiovisual media industry needs entrepreneurial skills in change management to successfully navigate through the digital shift and handle its challenges.
This eTraining offers practical knowledge on the processes and methodologies of change management. Hands-on techniques will help creating and implementing new ideas and case studies from the industry will provide best practice. Participants will learn from case studies of successful change processes and acquire practical skills in how best to change. Topics and skills taught will be:
